cleartarn Secure Access Pages

cleartarn has a series of modules which are generally used in secure website applications where users' details are recorded and users are required to login.

Enquiry Form

A standard text based enquiry form or alternatively a custom designed form which collects specific product enquiry information.

Brochure Download

A file storage area within the public website to permit website viewers to download information added through the content management system.

Login Module

A user login module which controls access to parts of a website or database system. This or the full membership system is required to control access to other secure parts of the website. The login system is aimed at allowing full access to data features for all users. If user specific access control is required or the ability to make specific content available to specific users then the Membership module is required. These parts of the site can be SSL links.

Secure File Upload / Download

The secure file storage module allows restricted access document stores to be created to allow users to down or up load specific content such as brochures, case studies, technical specifications, manuals etc. Folders can be open to all website viewers or linked to the Login or Membership modules for full access control and security.

Customer specific file upload / download area

Allows the user to create user specific file upload and download areas for their staff or customers. Requires either the Login or Membership module.

Secure project document management system with version control

Customer specific file upload and download area where documents cannot be changed once stored so that all versions are available and time logged. There is no limit on file size and is an excellent way of transferring larger image files, documents and CAD files under the user's control. This module requires the membership module to provide full security control.

Corporate Email, Google Calendar and appointment booking module

Corporate email system utilising Gmail and the Google Calendar to give integrated calendars and access through mobile devices. Email addresses can be either based on the web address or can utilise the Gmail address. There are no limits to the numbers of users.

Secure membership system including mass email module

This module allows complete user information and access controls to be implemented. As it holds user information it can be used to create mass emails to all or selected groups. There is no limit to the number of users and users can be permitted to update their own details to ensure data remains current. The system can be implemented for clubs and other organisations and has a number of features to aid management of groups of members including emergency contact details etc. The secure membership system can be accessed by mobile device. (see Membership system for further information).

Event Calendar and Resource Planning Module

Allows the creation of events and permits users to indicate they will attend events. Resource requirements for events can be planned based on the times that they are required and individual resources assigned or volunteers requested. Users can be permitted to amend their own commitments. There is no limit to the number of events or resources required that can be created and events can be duplicated to permit rapid setup of recurring event types. A calendar is viewable by users to see event dates and times and to access information stored about events. Reminder emails can be sent out to event attendees and users allocated to provide resources.

Renewal Reminder and emailing system

Recurring renewals such as first aid certification, Training updates, membership renewals, CRB checks etc. can be set up with email reminders. This module is required for the Event Calendar if the Resource Planning is to be implemented.

E - Commerce

E - Commerce sites tend to be specific to individual customer requirements and these are quoted on an individual basis. However wherever possible we utilise software modules already developed to minimise costs.
